We're looking for a visionary Web3 Infrastructure Product Manager who thrives on turning bold ideas into real, valuable products. You’ll take the lead on developing new features and driving product innovation from concept to launch.

Our Mission

GetBlock has been building since Q4 2019. We started with two BSC full nodes. Today we're a top 5 Web3 infrastructure platform — and we're not coasting. Our mission is to keep pushing: deeper network coverage, faster performance, and new products that move the blockchain world forward. We take pride in the infrastructure we've built and hold it to an uncompromising standard.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full product lifecycle for infrastructure-level Web3 services — from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to uncover unmet infrastructure needs in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Translate product vision into detailed product specs and roadmaps; Build monetization models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies that reflect current market dynamics.
  • Collaborate tightly with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture, and timelines; with marketing and sales to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and materials for product launches.
  • Monitor product performance using through KPIs (usage, revenue, traction metrics).
  • Communicate updates, risks, and results regularly to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech, ideally in Web3, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or API-driven SaaS platforms.
  • Strong technical background (former developer or technical PM) — you can confidently work with API specifications, understand system architecture, and discuss trade-offs with developers.
  • Have experience in launching complex technical products and defining product strategies and implementing features that achieved user traction and business impact.
  • Founder mindset - you take the lead, make decisions, and deliver results without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, align stakeholders and drive progress.
  • Communication and presentation skills, ability to clearly articulate product ideas and align teams around a shared vision.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset — you base decisions on facts, and can independently extract data.
  • Fluent in English.

Would be a plus

  • Experience launching your own startup or product.
  • Portfolio of products or features you've shipped from scratch.
  • Examples of traction you’ve achieved (metrics, user adoption, revenue).
